Our village has waited so long to have our shop online. However, we have faced so many problems with our web designers as we wanted an online store that had complete flexibility.

We are sad to have had these delays and we hope you will appreciate our situation and be patient with us.One of the causes for delay in our online store is our marketing plan where we planned to offer you, our patrons, the opportunity to actually see and touch your order of Thai silk fabrics and scarves BEFORE you are requested to pay.

However, despite many months of waiting and requesting web designers to create such a marketing option for us, we have decided not to pursue this any longer. As we are a small Thai fabric producer our objective was to give you total confidence in dealing with us. After all you have never dealt with Thai Silk Magic before and we truly want to make your shopping experiences with us completely hassle free.

In order to retain your level of confidence and get our store online, we will provide our patrons with a PayPal payment option that does not require you to disclose any of your credit card details to us when placing an order. The PayPal option is free, quick and easy to join and gives you 100% online protection. In our online store we will provide you with a video that explains all the many benefits of shopping online with PayPal and the very simple joining steps to take.

Once your PayPal purchase has been approved, within 2 days we will ship your order FREE to you anywhere in the world.

You will then have 30 days from the time of dispatch to decide if you are completely satisfied with your Thai Silk Magic purchases. If sadly, for some reason, you want to return your order then please check our "Returns Policy" for our shipping methods and upon receipt of your returned order, we will immediately provide a FULL 100% REFUND into your PayPal account.

We appreciate that this is a change in our planned marketing arrangements but our village cannot wait any longer to get our online store up and running. After all, having our store operational is the only way we can offer you, our patrons, our superb Thai silk, and at the same time help achieve our mission of improving the lifestyles of our village.

Please Note: Very sorry but we do not send samples before you make a purchase as our limited supplies are impossible to replicate. All our products are handmade and naturally dyed. So any sample supplies would probably not be available by the time you received them and we certainly cannot re-create the fabric pieces. This uniqueness is also one of the great qualities of our products.

We do not operate a factory and take great pride in creating our handmade Thai silk fabric so we will always have limited supplies of each piece. That's both the reality and the beauty of our Thai silk fabric.
