The  natural dye colours of this particular 2 ply handmade Thai silk fabric were inspired by the late afternoon sky colours in our "Isaan" region of Thailand.

Isaan is in the NE of Thailand and the home of traditional Thai silk and rice farming.

We initally created this fabric colour late last year at the same time that we had an official visit from the Queen of Thailand's silk project tem. The members of this team loved the combination of colours in our "Isaan Inspirations" fabric.

As a result it was all sold out before we had the chance to place it on our website.

So this year as the season for these natural colours became available again we have once again created a very similar design. The 2 ply silk handmade silk fabric is ideal for any casual occasion clothes and will also be perfect for a simple yet elegant swimsuit throw-over
