Thai Silk Magic is a small family funded Thai village business – we are NOT some big factory. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
We want you to be advocates for Thai Silk Magic!
Should you be unhappy with any of our products, for any reason and at any time, then please contact us. We will reimburse you EVERY PENNY. We want to know if there are problems with any of our products
So in 10, 20 or 30 years from now if you have any problems at all with our products simply return them to us and receive a full refund.

Please understand that whilst we tried our best to have the product images reflect as accurately as possible what your selected product looks like, it is impossible to do this perfectly. Computer pixels and resultant colours on your computer screen will vary widely.
Please Understand What You are Ordering
With handmade products from Thai Silk Magic there will always be variations in colour, size, finish and workmanship. This is to be expected – actually, that's part of the real beauty of our handmade products.
Thai silk yarn is usually soft but has a relatively coarse texture with uneven, slightly knotty threads. This makes it ideal for hand weaving and our Thai silk has superb rich, exotic beauty, and with proper care, can last you a lifetime or even become a family heirloom!
Please think carefully before deciding to return your order. We have done everything we can to ensure your order is the highest possible quality handmade Thai silk. The very nature of our fabrics being handmade and in limited supplies is unlike many large Thai silk factories.
Please note: We have designed your fabrics to be slightly stiff initially with the addition of a small amount of crushed tapioca seeds. This is to enable ease of dressmaking and tailoring. They still hang beautifully but with gentle washing the tapioca is removed and your fabrics will become more and more soft. They are designed to last you a lifetime!
With 100% natural dyes it's impossible to match other fabric pieces we have created. This is why we do not send out samples.
In the unlikely event that you do not approve of your order then our village will accept the most economical return postage costs (preferably via post office surface mail to assist our very limited budget) provided:
1. You contact us via email PRIOR TO RETUNING YOUR ORDER requesting the documents necessary for any goods being returned into Thailand.
2. Unlike most other exporters, Thai Silk Magic has NO RE-STOCKING CHARGES for your returns. In case you didn't realize this charge is usually about 20-25% of the price of your order!
3. We will REFUND THE AGREED RETURN SHIPPING COSTS as well as the product order. We cannot be fairer than that!
Returns Materials Authorization
Owing to the complexities of importing goods back into Thailand:
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
Once you have contacted us we will provide you with the Returns Materials Authorization (RMA) form that must accompany your return shipment.
Shipping Damage
For articles damaged in shipment, please notify the carrier AND Thai Silk Magic
However, please email us for our agreement and a RMA document prior to return posting as some shipping costs are horrendously expensive.

We do our best to ensure that everything is accurate on our web site but we assume no liability or responsibility for errors and omissions on our site.
Thai Silk Magic is not liable for any damages you suffer when you use our products and services. Everything we offer on our site is provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
